Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sync Stitch, operated by Hero Network.
Service Description
Sync Stitch accepts two separately recorded video files (MP4, MOV, WEBM). The service transcribes both audio tracks, determines the sync point, and renders a side-by-side merged video output. The service is operated by Hero Network.
Free and Paid Tiers
Free tier: one sync per verified email address, 720p output, watermarked.
Paid tiers: single sync ($0.99) or 5-pack ($4.49); 1080p, no watermark.
Payments are processed by Stripe. There are no refunds once a sync job has been dispatched.
Acceptable Use
You must own or have the necessary rights to upload the video files you submit.
You may not upload illegal content, content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, or any material that violates applicable law.
Hero Network reserves the right to terminate access for violations.
No Warranty / As-Is Service
The service is provided on an as-is, best-effort basis. Hero Network makes no warranty that the sync output will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Audio sync quality depends on the content and recording conditions and is not guaranteed. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hero Network's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific sync job at issue.
Hero Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
